Mission and mandate

Cooperation grounded in American interests and institutional responsibility.

01Strengthen institutionsSupport continuity, capability, and public confidence.
02Expand opportunityConnect responsible development with durable local capacity.
03Sustain cooperationBuild practical partnerships that advance shared U.S. interests.

The America Strategic Partnership Council is a U.S.-based strategic initiative established to advance constructive cooperation between American and international stakeholders.

ASPC focuses on a fundamental strategic reality: capable institutions, predictable economic systems, and trusted relationships abroad can contribute directly to American security, prosperity, and long-term international influence. Where institutions are stable, lawful commerce can grow. Where economic opportunity is broad, societies are better positioned to manage change. Where partnerships are sustained, shared challenges can be addressed with greater continuity and confidence.

The Council provides a disciplined forum for public leaders, civic institutions, researchers, technical experts, and responsible private enterprise. It identifies areas of common purpose, tests assumptions against evidence, connects institutional needs with relevant experience, and develops practical pathways from dialogue to implementation.

ASPC approaches cooperation as a long-term institutional practice. Work is organized around clear responsibilities, credible evidence, local leadership, measurable public value, and sustained relationships between American and international stakeholders.
