Organizational status

The America Strategic Partnership Council is a privately organized, nongovernmental U.S.-based strategic initiative.

ASPC is not an agency, instrumentality, or component of the United States Government and is not part of its executive, legislative, or judicial branches. It is not authorized to speak for, and does not represent, any federal, state, or local government body. No governmental ownership, sponsorship, authorization, or endorsement of ASPC or its work should be inferred from this website or its materials.

Publications and analysis

ASPC publications, statements, and program materials reflect ASPC research and analysis. They do not represent official U.S. Government policy or the position of any cited institution. Where ASPC materials reference government reports, agency documents, or other official sources, citation identifies the source and does not imply that the source institution endorses ASPC or its conclusions.

Name, seal, and symbols

Use of American colors, stars, and civic design elements on this website reflects the organization's U.S. identity and focus. These elements are organizational branding. They are not government insignia and must not be interpreted as evidence of federal ownership, affiliation, authorization, or endorsement.

The ASPC name and seal identify this organization and may not be used in a manner that misrepresents the source or status of any material.
